How to Co-Host a Poshmark Party
Thinking about co-hosting a Poshmark party?
You’ve come to the right place!
Below are the requirements necessary to co-host a Poshmark party,
as well as all the info and tips needed while hosting.
Your Closet
It all starts here, your Poshmark closet. In order to qualify to co-host a Poshmark party, you will need at minimum of 10 active listings. Active listings are listings that are available for purchase. Those signs you create and list for sale in your closet does not count, even though they technically are listed for sale.
The next step is making sure your items are supported by Poshmark rules and guidelines. For a list of Poshmarks unsupported items, Click Here. You will be in the eyes of millions of people, Poshmark wants to make sure they pick presentable closets.
Make sure your cover shots are clear, bright and has a touch of personality. bonus veren siteler
Poshmark Ambassador
In the past, you did not have to be a “Poshmark ambassador” or a “suggested user” to co-host a party, this seems to be a new rule(?) In order to become a Poshmark ambassador you will need to complete the following:
- 5,000 Self-Shares
- 5,000 Community Shares
- Leave 1 Love Note
- Have a minimum of 50 available listings in your closet
- Completed a minimum of 15 sales
- Have an average rating of 4.5 stars
- Have an average ship time of less than 3 days
Now I will say, if you are short a few available listings, you can create a few signs and list them for sale within your closet. This will create a new active listing, which will count toward your 50 available listing requirements. When doing so, make sure you list that item for sale for $999, this was no one will but it. Yes, people have purchased signs in the past without understand…I know… I know..If you are having trouble completing all the shares required for the Poshmark Ambassador title, Click Here.
Be Active Within the App
Poshmark wants to make sure their co-hosts are active within the app. Considering it takes a total of 10,000 shares to gain Poshmark ambassador status, you may have already completed the following additional requirement’s:
- Have shared 100 new Posher’s listings
- Have 7500+ lifetime Shares
- Shared >500 community listings in the past 30 days
Application
Poshmark will ask you to fill out a co-host application (click here to fill out). After you have completed that application, the waiting game begins. I must have waited 6 months between each application for a reply. Considering there are millions of users and only a handful of co-hosts, that wait was pretty fast. You can also email [email protected] and tell them you have completed your application, as well as why you think you would be a great co-host.
While You’re Co-Hosting
It’s the big day, it’s your party day! OK, don’t freak out but, you’re going to get thousands of notifications. I wouldn’t look at them until after your party. Focus on your host picks first. Poshmark asks that you pick between 50-100 host picks, depending on the party. My first party, I picked HP’s on the spot, I was completely overwhelmed. I also tried to send offers, reply to comments etc. My 5 other parties I picked my HP’s ahead of time by liking them. During my party, I went back into my likes and reliked them to the party, which secured them as a host pick.
If you believe you meet all the requirements needed to co-host a Poshmark party,
go ahead and send in the application and get the ball rolling!
